Flat Fees in Most Cases

$750 fee for each QDRO or EDRO. Expedited three business day service is available for an additional $250 fee per QDRO or EDRO. The expedited service should be reserved for true emergencies and you should contact us in advance.

Reviews

Reviewing an order prepared by the other side is vital to protecting your interests. Even some so-called "neutral" preparers draft significant advantages to one party. Accordingly, we offer a review service for orders prepared by another QDRO drafter. The vast majority of reviews can be completed in 1 hour of time, for which we require a $200 fee. To get started, just send us the order(s) to be reviewed and the Judgment of Divorce.
